What VitalPair is
A two-sided career-matching platform for clinicians, starting with emergency medicine: it connects EM physicians directly with EM groups and hospitals. We are not a recruiter or an employer, and we are not a party to any offer, contract or employment decision made between physicians and groups.
Your account
Use an email address you control. You sign in with a link we email to it, or with a password once that address is confirmed. Give accurate information: physicians must only verify an NPI that is their own, and groups must only post roles they are authorized to fill. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
- No spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or scraping of profiles or listings.
- No misleading listings, compensation or credentials.
- Respect physicians' privacy choices; don't share CVs or messages outside the hiring process.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Match scores and pay data
Match scores and salary benchmarks are estimates to help you compare roles. They are not guarantees, and listings are provided by the groups that post them.
Ending your account
You can delete your account anytime from your profile (physicians) or dashboard (employers), or by emailing support@vitalpair.com. See the privacy policy for what is removed.
